Our story
He built companies.
He chose the kitchen.
In Turkey, our founder built Rodi Jeans into a denim brand with more than 150 stores in the 1980s, then a major tile factory in 1999. But when VIP guests came, he cooked the Adana himself, down to the blend he worked out with his butcher.
Today his son runs Ottoman Kitchen, and the Adana is still his blend.

Is the food made in-house?
Yes. Our breads, lavash, doner, kebabs, sauces, lahmacun and pide are made in our own kitchen, not assembled from pre-made components.
Do you offer pickup, delivery and catering?
Yes. You can dine in, order pickup or delivery online, and build a catering quote for offices and events on our catering page.
