Doner is the Turkish dish the gyro and shawarma grew from: seasoned meat stacked on a vertical spit, roasted slowly and sliced thin to order. Ours is marinated and stacked in our kitchen, in two versions: lamb and beef, or chicken thigh. Have it in lavash we bake ourselves, in sandwich bread, over rice, or by the pound.

What is the difference between doner and a gyro?
Doner is the Turkish dish that the Greek gyro and Middle Eastern shawarma grew from. All three are meat roasted on a vertical spit and sliced thin. Ours is Turkish style, served in house-made lavash or bread, over rice, or as Iskender.
What meat is in your doner?
We make two doners: marinated lamb and beef, and marinated chicken thigh. The Mix Doner gives you both.
Can I buy doner by the pound?
Yes. Lamb and beef doner and chicken doner are available by the half pound or full pound, great for families and parties.
