How our text messages work, how often we send them, and how to stop them at any time.

Our text programs
- Ottoman Kitchen Text Club: recurring marketing texts with news, specials and offers from Ottoman Kitchen. Up to 1 message per week.
- Order updates: texts about an online order you placed, such as a confirmation or a pickup update. One or two messages per order, sent only if you asked for them at checkout.
How you sign up
You join the Text Club by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on our website, or by ticking the Text Club box at checkout. You get order updates only when you choose them for an order. Joining the Text Club is never required to buy anything: consent is not a condition of purchase.
Cost
We do not charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will get one last message confirming it, and no more texts from that program after that. To rejoin, sign up again on our website.

Who can join
You must be 18 or older and the account holder, or have the account holder's permission, for the mobile number you sign up. The programs are for U.S. mobile numbers. If you change your number, please reply STOP from the old one first or tell us.
Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage, so messages may sometimes arrive late or not at all.
Your privacy
We use your mobile number only to send the messages you signed up for. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party. See our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we stop a program, we will tell members by text.

Text Club’a Türkçe katılan misafirlerimiz için yukarıdaki şartların Türkçe özeti.
- Ottoman Kitchen Text Club: Ottoman Kitchen’dan haberler, günün özel yemekleri ve fırsatlar içeren tekrarlayan pazarlama mesajları. Haftada en fazla 1 mesaj. Türkçe katılanlara mesajlar Türkçe gönderilir.
- Sipariş mesajları: verdiğiniz online siparişle ilgili 1–2 mesaj, yalnızca ödeme sırasında isterseniz.
- Nasıl katılırsınız: web sitemizde cep numaranızı yazıp onay kutusunu işaretleyerek. Katılmak hiçbir alışverişin şartı değildir.
- Ücret: mesajlar için ücret almayız. Hattınıza göre mesaj ve veri ücretleri uygulanabilir.
- Çıkmak için: herhangi bir mesajımıza STOP veya IPTAL yazın. Çıktığınızı bildiren son bir mesaj alırsınız, sonra mesaj gelmez. Tekrar katılmak için START yazın veya web sitemizden yeniden kaydolun.
- Yardım için: HELP veya YARDIM yazın, (571) 287-7278 numarasını arayın ya da mesaj atın, veya ottomankitchen15@gmail.com adresine yazın.
- Kimler katılabilir: 18 yaşından büyük olan ve numaranın sahibi (veya sahibinin izni olan) kişiler; yalnızca ABD cep numaraları.
- Gizliliğiniz: numaranızı yalnızca kaydolduğunuz mesajlar için kullanırız. Cep telefonu bilgileri pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü taraflarla veya iştiraklerle paylaşılmaz; mesaj onay bilgileri hiçbir üçüncü tarafa satılmaz veya verilmez.
