Who we are
This website is run by Ottoman Kitchen, a restaurant at 4300 Chantilly Shopping Center, Suite 1N, Chantilly, VA 20151. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Ordering online
Prices, menu items and hours on the site can change. Your order is confirmed when you get the confirmation on screen (and by email, when you give us one). Payment is processed by Clover; we never see your full card number. If something goes wrong with an order, call or text us at (571) 287-7278 and we will make it right.
Catering requests
A catering request is a request, not a booking. We confirm the menu, price, date and delivery with you before anything is final.
Gift cards
Gift cards can be used for food and drinks at Ottoman Kitchen. They can’t be exchanged for cash except where the law requires it. Treat the card code like cash.
Text messages
Our texting programs follow our Text Message Terms.
Our content
The photos, videos, menu descriptions, logo and design on this site belong to Ottoman Kitchen. You may share links to our pages and posts. Please don’t copy our photos, videos or logo for other purposes without asking us.
YouTube
We publish our own videos on YouTube, and our owner dashboard uses YouTube API Services to upload them to our channel. By using any YouTube feature on or through our site, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How we handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy, and Google’s in the Google Privacy Policy.
Owner dashboard
The dashboard pages of this site are only for the restaurant owner and staff. Please don’t try to access them.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other services, such as Google Maps, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Liability
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
