Turkish pizza · From our oven

Turkey’s two kinds of pizza.

Lahmacun is thin, round and crisp, with a savory topping: squeeze lemon over it, add salad, roll it up and eat it with your hands. Pide is boat-shaped with a softer crust, baked with cheese, ground beef, diced meat or sucuk in the middle. Both are shaped and baked in our kitchen.
